OneMore - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneMore mobile application ("App") operated by Crocoding ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

2. Account

The App uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. No personal account (email, password) is required. Your progress and data are associated with an anonymous user ID stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

OneMore offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews each month at the listed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase granting permanent access to all premium features.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your device's App Store settings. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them

5. Friend Challenges

The App allows you to challenge friends via a unique friend code. You agree to use this feature respectfully and not to harass, spam, or send inappropriate content to other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Crocoding and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Fitness Disclaimer: The challenges provided by the App are for general fitness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crocoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
